摘要
采用问卷调查等研究方法 ,对广东省各级各类业余体育学校的教练员队伍、后备队伍、科研水平、管理及竞赛体制现状进行分析。提出了强化“体教结合” ,训练体制向多层次、多形式、多渠道的社会化方向发展 ,多渠道培养体育后备人才的思路。
By the research methods of questionnaire and so on, the present study has analyzed the current situation of coach ranks, reserves, scientific research level, administrative and competitive systems of different levels and kinds of amateur sports schools in Guangdong province. It has advanced the way of thought to strengthen the combination of sports with education, make training systems develop in the direction of socialization with many levels, forms and channels, and foster sports reserves through many channels.
