摘要
目的 为髋关节疾患的影像学诊断提供横断层解剖学基础资料。方法 用成年男尸右下肢髋部标本6例(新鲜4例,经福尔马林固定2例),先作髋关节横断层CT及MR扫描,然后冰冻髋部标本,每具髋部标本再切制成6个横断层标本。结果 观察每一横断层标本内髋臼、股骨头、关节囊、关节腔、髂股韧带、股骨头韧带及滑膜皱襞结构的形态特征、毗邻关系及其在连续断层上的变化规律,并匹配同一断层CT及MR扫描图像。讨论了其形态结构与影像学诊断的意义。结论 其解剖形态、结构,对医学影像学诊断提供了可靠的解剖学基础。
Objective To provide transverse sectional anatomical basis for imaging diagnosis of the injury and disease of human hip joint. Methods Six right hips of male adults cadavers (4 fresh, 2 fixed by formalin) were used. After the CT and MR imaging examination, all specimens were frozen and cut into 6 transverse sections. Results The morphological characteristics, relationship and the law of variation of the acetabulunu femoral head, articular capsule articular cavity, iliofemoral ligament, ligament of head of femur and synovial plicae on all trausverse sections of hip joints were observed, and compared with the corresponding CT and MR images. Conclusion The variation of morphology and structures of all transverse sectional specimens of hip joint provided foundation of dependable anatomy and clinical value for medical imaging diagnosis.
