摘要
目的 分析经典腹股沟疝修补术后复发及治疗。方法 1985年2月至2001年10月,我科治疗复发疝32例,其中男性25例,女性7例,高龄疝20例,同侧并存疝1例,双侧疝4例,伴腹内压增高复发疝11例。结果 全组均治愈出院,术后阴囊水肿6例,切口积液2例,阴囊血肿2例,1例术后1年复发。结论 要达到理想效果和低复发率,应注意围手术期处理,合理的手术方式,规范的技术操作。
Objective To explore the recurrence of classical inguinal hemiorrhaphy. Methods A total of thirty two cases of recurrent inguinal hernia were treated in our department and in other clinic from February 1985 to October 2001. Results All the cases were cured postopera-tively, 6 patients had slightly scrotal sweeling. 2 patients had scrotal hematoma. 2 cases had incision exudative hydrops. There was 1 case of recurrence after one year. Conclusion An ideal efficacy and low recurrence rate could be reached in treating recurrent inguinal hernia by inguinal hemiorrhaphy. The proper operative medthod, standard operative techniques, and correct treatment of perioperation period should be choice for operation.
