摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定罗通定片含量的方法。方法 :用 S- Gel C1 8柱 ,以乙腈 -水 -三乙胺 (40∶ 6 0∶0 .2 ) ,每 10 0 0 ml混合液加磷酸二氢钾 4.1g与庚烷磺酸钠 6 .6 g,用磷酸调节 p H值至 3.0为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80nm,室温。结果 :罗通定在 2 0~ 2 0 0 μg/ ml范围内呈良好线性关系 ,r=0 .9999,回收率为 10 0 .2 %,RSD为 0 .6 5 %(n=5 )。结论 :本方法简便 ,快速 ,准确 ,能满足制剂质量标准的要求。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of the contents of Rotundine tablet. Method: Column Gel C 18 was used the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-triethylamine (40∶60∶0.2), add potassium dihydrogen phosphate 4.1g and sodium heptanesulfonate 6.6g to per 1000 ml mixture, to regulate pH to 3.0 with phosphoric acid. The detective wavelength was 280 nm performed at room temperature. Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range from 20 to 200 μg/ml with r=0.999 9, the mean recovery was 100.2%, RSD was 0.65%(n=5). Conclusion: This method was simple, quick and accurate, useful to quality control.
