摘要
反应停因使胎儿致畸而被禁用。上世纪 90年代 ,发现该药对麻风病有明显疗效。在近 10年的研究中 ,发现该药对获得性免疫缺陷综合征 (艾滋病 ,AIDS)相关恶液质有一定疗效 ,并具有抗血管新生作用 ,因而已开始试用于恶性疾病。
