摘要
目的 阐述非扩髓型交锁髓内钉治疗重度胫骨骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用非扩髓型交锁髓内钉治疗重度胫骨骨干骨折 3 4例 ,男 2 7例 ,女 7例 ,年龄 17～ 5 8岁 (平均 3 6 2岁 )。其中开放骨折 2 5例 ,闭合骨折 9例。结果 对 3 2例进行 7～ 2 5月 (平均 13 6月 )随访 ,除 2例截肢外 ,3 0例 ( 93 % )骨折愈合 ,其中 4例延迟愈合。Johner -Wruh评分优 2 6例 ,良 1例 ,中 3例 ,差 2例。结论 非扩髓型交锁髓内钉在治疗重度胫骨骨折中 ,是一种较为理想的内固定方法。软组织损伤程度影响治疗效果。
To elaborate the clinical effect of non-ectatic medulla interlocking intramedullary nails in treating severe tibial shaft fractures.34 cases (male: 27 cases; female: 7 cases) of severe tibial shaft fractures were treated with non-ectatic medulla interlocking intramedullary nails. The average age of the patients was 36.2 years old (17～58). Open fractures 25 cases and close fractures 9 cases.Among the 32 cases which were followed up ranging from 7～25 months (mean time 13.6 months), 30 cases of them (93%) got healing up (4 cases delayed) while 2 others received amputations. According to the criteria of Johner-wruth, 26 cases were assessed as excellent, 1 as good, 3 as fair, 2 as poor.[Conclusion]Non-ectatic medulla interlocking intramedullary nails is a fairly good internal fixation for the treatment of severe tibial shaft fractures. The level of soft tissue impairment may influence the curative effect.
