摘要
目的 回顾经会阴前列腺摘除术的治疗经验,分析此术式的临床实用性及操作注意事项。方法 采集了经会阴前列腺摘除术94例患者的临床资料(94/289),其平均年龄71.6岁,术前31例合并有糖尿病、高血压、冠心病等内科疾病,手术时间平均73 min,有49例病人术中输血。结果 术后膀胱冲洗转清时间平均6 d,平均14 d拔导尿管,前列腺组织平均38 g,有2例病人术后再行耻骨上膀胱切开造瘘,2例发生败血症,尿失禁2例,急性附睾炎3例。结论 与近年来发展起来的一些BPH低创治疗方法比较,经会阴前列腺摘除术因其手术的彻底性仍有着实用价值。特别是对一些合并心肺疾患的病人。
Objective To analyze the clinical practicability and operative points for attention of perineal prostatectomy for BPH. Methods The clinical information of 94 patients (94/289) who have received perineal prostatectomy were collected with a mean age of 71.6 years, 31 of which suffered from diabetes, hypertension, coronary disease and so on before operation. The mean operating time was 73 minutes,49 of which were given blood transfusion during operation. Results After operation the average time for ceaseless bladder flushing before it becomes clean is 6 days. Indwelling catheter were removed after 14 days. The mean specimen weight 38 g. Suprapubic cystotomy was performed in two patients. Two suffered from septicaemia, two urinary incontinence and three acute epididymitis. Conclusions In comparison with some minimally invasive intervention recently developed, perineal prostatectomy still has practical value because of its thoroughness, especially for the patients combined heart and lung diseases.
