介绍了日本汽车渐开线花键的公差标准与计算方法,其中包括加工定位方式、精度等级与公差配合的关系,量棒直径计算标准与计算方法,以及公法线长度公差和量棒M值公差的计算等。
Standards and calculation methods of automotive involute spline tolerance in Japan are presented in this paper. The machining and positioning methods of involute spline, the relation of precision class to tolerance and fit, criteria and methods of measuring pin diameter calculations, tolerance calculations of base tangent length and of value M for measuring pins, etc., are described.
