汽车有机摩擦材料的活化能与热磨损的关系

摘要 使用PCT-1型热分析仪和D-MS定速式摩擦材料试验机对国内外6种汽车用有机摩擦材料进行热分析和摩擦磨损试验分析,建立了6种摩擦材料的活化能与热磨损的关系。分析试验数据表明,活化能代表了摩擦材料的本质属性,摩擦材料的热磨损、热失重符合阿雷尼多斯公式,可作为选择材料的理论依据。 Based on the thermal analysis and experimental investigation about friction and wear for six kinds of automotive organic friction materials domestic and abroad by using model PCT-1 thermal analyzer and D-MS constant speed friction material testing machine, the relations between activation energy and thermal wear for these friction materials have been established. The experimental data show that the activation energy represents the natural property of friction materials, while thermal wear and thermal weight loss of friction materials, which conform to Arinedows equation, provide the theoretical basis for selection of materials.
