空压机连杆衬套的冷挤压

Cold Extrusion of Con-rod Bushes for Air Compressors

摘要 以S6120型空压机为例,介绍了连杆衬套冷挤压的生产工艺及其所有工具的改进措施。经生产和使用结果表明,采用冷挤压新工艺可使连杆衬套内表面硬度由HB60~65提高到HB90~110,衬套表面强度提高30%,耐磨性提高60%~80%,从而解决了连杆断裂和衬套拉伤等问题。 Taking the model S6120 air compressor as an example, this paper presents the cold extrusion process of connecting rod bushes and measures for improving the tools used in the process. The experience in production of the bushes and operation of the compressor proved that after adopting new cold extrusion technology the hardness on inner surfaces of connecting rod bushes is increased to HB90~110 from HB60~65, the surface strength of the bushes ls enhanced by 30%, wear resistance 60%~80%. Furthermore the problems like connecting rod cracking and bush scuffing, etc. are consequently solved.
