摘要
目的 :加强医疗机构药物不良反应 (ADR)监测工作 ,拓展医院药师的职能。方法 :分析我国医疗机构ADR监测工作开展的现状 ,介绍国外医院药师参与ADR监测工作的实践经验 ,探讨我国医院药师参与ADR监测工作的可能性 ,并提出相关建议。结果 :医疗机构加强ADR监测工作刻不容缓 ,药师参与ADR监测工作有其有利条件。结论
OBJECTIVE:To strengthen the ADR monitoring in hospitals and enlarge the scope of pharmacists' profession METHODS:This article analyzes the present situation and problems existing in AD R monitoring in hospitals and discusses the possibility of pharmacists' particip ation referring to the practice in foreign countries RESULTS:It is critical to strengthen the ADR monitoring in hospitals Pharmacists have advantage in condu cting the monitoring Several suggestions were put forward CONCLUSION:It is an important responsibility for pharmacists to participate in the ADR monitoring a nd give its contribution to the cause
