摘要
从分析螺纹紧固件锁固与密封机理入手,介绍了乐泰化学锁固与密封技术。乐泰螺纹锁固胶是一种厌氧胶,在隔绝空气的情况下,与金属接触时能聚合成坚韧的热固性塑料,使螺纹啮合部位完全接触并且有一定的强度,从而可防止螺纹松动、渗漏及锈蚀。振动试验结果表明,与机械锁固相比,乐泰紧固法效果较好,成本较低。
Based on a study of locking and tightening mechanism of screw fasteners, the locking and tightening techniques of Loctite Chemical LTD are introduced in this paper. Loctite screw sealing is one of anaerobic sealants. As soon as it is contact with metal in the absence of air, a strong and tough thermosetting plastics will be polymerised, it enables the engaged surfaces of screws to contact completely, reach a fair strength and prevent them from loosing, leaking and rusting. The experimental results of vibration test show that the effect and cost of Loctite screw sealant are more favourable than those of a mechanical locking.
