摘要 介绍一种用在柴油车上的高效袋式消烟器的结构与工作原理,并将其装在6120Q型柴油机和DD680型黄海牌大客车(装用6120QK型柴油机)上进行了台架试验和道路试验。结果表明,该消烟器可使台架试验时的烟度值降至0.4个波许单位以下,使该客车的自由加速烟度值由原来的4~5个波许单位降到0.2~0.4个波许单位。 The construct on and working principles of a bag-type high-effective smoke suppressor used on diesel motor vehicles are introduced in this paper. The suppressors were installed on model 6120Q and 6120QK diesel engines, the latter one was equipped on model DD680 Huang Hai bus, the dynamometer and road tests were carried out. The experimental results shown that when the engine with the smoke suppressor tested on dynamometer, the smoke intensity decreased to 0.4 Bosch unit; while the bus with and without the suppressor in free acceleration tests, the intensity are 0.2-0.4 unit and 4-5 unit respectively.
