摘要
对新型弹簧钢35SiMnB和常用弹簧钢60Si 2 Mn的应变疲劳特性进行了研究。结果表明:两种钢都具有循环软化;在应变疲劳曲线上,弹性线和塑性线的交点随弹簧钢回火后硬度的升高而向低循环寿命移动;各钢的应变疲劳特性、组织特征和断口形貌之间有较好的对应关系。同样硬度下,新钢较老钢有更高的循环寿命和过载抗力。
This paper makes research on the strain fatigue characteristic of the new-type spring steel 35SiMnB and conventional 60Si2Mn.The result shows that both of the two kinds of the steel have cycle softenings. The point of intersection of elastic line and plastic line moves toward the low cycle life with the hardness of the spring steel raised after tempering from the strain fatigue curve. The strain fatigue characteristic, structure property and fracture form of these steels conforms in well relationship .The cycle life and overloading capacity of the new-type steel are higher than those of the old-one when their hard- nesses are the same.
