摘要
为了使汽车薄板冲压件避免产生起皱和破裂,对复杂的驾驶室地板纵梁进行了工艺性分析,最后提出了采用压边圈结构、适当加大凹模圆角半径等措施,取得了良好的效果。
In order to avoid shrinkages and breakages encountered in pressing auto-parts with thin sheet, this paper proceeds to analyze the technological process of making the complicate cabin floor longitudinal frame and proposes at last the way to adapt a side pressure plate of annular structure and enlarge radius of fillet of the concurve die which will give satisfactory result.
