摘要
实现领导方式和领导方法的创新 ,是做好项目决策的重大课题。正确的决策 ,不仅决定于领导干部的战略思想 ,多谋善断 ,以及对系统论等现代科学方法的掌握 ,更决定于现代项目决策机制———自组织机制的创立 ,使决策成为具有自反馈、自调节的一个富有生命力的系统。
Realizing the innovation of leading method and leading way is an important problem in making a policy of a project.The correct policy is not only depended on the leader's strategic thinking and the mastery of the new scientific methods just like the system theory,but also decided by the mechanism of the modern project's policy-self-organization.It makes the policy into a vital system of self-feedback and self-regulation.
