摘要
云南省是一个地质灾害频繁的地区,由于以往城乡建设中保护的不足,使自然灾害产生更加严重的后果。必须注重:山地城镇规划;因地制宜地打破封闭的小城镇规划;建立无人区,让生态山体自然恢复平衡;以紧凑模式发展小城镇。
Yunnan is a region with frequent geologic hazards. Because of the lack of adequate protection in city and town construction before,natural disasters brought about more serious consequences. Therefore, emphasis must be placed on the town planning in the mountainousareas . It is necessary to break up the close small town planning, set up a no man's land, let the natural mountain restore its ecological balanceand develop the small town in a compact pattern.[
