摘要
主要对光固化脂肪族水分散聚氨酯的合成与性能进行了初步的探讨。利用多元醇,异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯和丙烯酸羟丙酯合成了稳定的可紫外光固化的水分散性聚氨酯乳液,并发现随着光照时间和丙烯酸羟丙酯用量的增加,聚氨酯薄膜的拉伸强度增加,断裂伸长率下降,在有机溶剂中的溶胀下降。
In this paper, the photocurable aqueous aliphatic polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by polyether diol, diisocyanate (IPDI) and hydroxyl propylacrylate (HPA) . The influence of various factors was discussed such as the amount of HPA and the time of ultraviolet irradiation. The results showed that stable photocurable polyurethane emulsion was obtained. With the increasing irradiation time and the amount of HPA used, the tensile strength of the film increased , while the breaking extension and the swelling ratio decreased.
