摘要
以492QA_2汽油机电启动系统改型设计为例,阐述了电启动系统与内燃机匹配的条件,提出了如何根据匹配条件设计内燃机电启动的方法,同时计算出492QA_2汽油机用的换型启动机QDl255型的基本参数.按照这些基本参数研制出的QDl255型启动机代替原配套的321型启动机,明显地提高了492QA_2型汽油机启动性能及启动的可靠性,并取得了显著的经济效益.
With the new version design of the starting motor fitted for 492QA2 gasoline engine as an example, the essential matching requirements of the starter and the internal combustion engine are described. Also. according to these requirements, introducing the design method and characteristics, calculation of the new version, type QD1255 are introduced. With this version instead of the old starter , type 321, the starting ability and reliability have been appareutly improved, and the better economic efficiency is achieved.
