摘要
由于我国直接融资结构的种种弊端,使得本应挑起金融深化大任的直接融资,面临力不从心的局面,间接融资过高的比率及简单的通过增加货币供应量的方式,不能起到提高金融深化的质量的作用,反而会带来银行体系和银企关系的危机,因此改善直接融资结构成为问题的关键所在,要优化直接融资结构,促进金融深化。
Direct Financing, which should assume the responsibility of deepening finance, is far exceeding its power, since there exist various defects in direct financing structure. The high proportion of indirect financing and the simple means of increasing money supply can not optimize the quality of finance deepening, instead provokes the crises of banking system and bank-enterprise relationship. Therefore it is necessary and important for us to improve direct financing structure so that the deepening of finance comes true.
