摘要
本文分析了1986—1989年中国气候的概况和异常特点。在这四年中全国干旱范围大,局部暴雨频繁,夏季主要雨带位于中国中部的江淮流域;冬季气温持续偏高。同时对气候异常的成因进行了分析和讨论。
In this paper the circulation situation and the abnormal climate in China from 1986 to 1989 have been analysed. In this four years, drought prevailed in most region of the country.But regional torrential rains frequently occured. The main precipitation belt located in central China in the summer. The temperature was higher than normal in most places and warm winters continuously occured from 1986 to 1989.And the causes leading to the abnormal climate are analysed and discussed.
