稀土变质处理钨合金铸铁的性能试验及应用

摘要 以钨渣铁合金为主要合金原料冶炼钨合金铸铁 ,研究了稀土变质处理对钨合金铸铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明 ,钨合金铸铁经适量稀土变质处理后 ,共晶碳化物由网状分布变成断网状分布 ,使铸铁冲击韧性提高 37 6 % ,耐磨性提高 35 4 % ,变质钨合金铸铁用于制作抽油泵泵筒 ,使用寿命比 4 5 #钢泵筒提高 2倍以上 ,与高铬铸铁泵筒相当 ,但其生产成本却比高铬铸铁泵筒降低 4 0 %以上。 Tungsten slag alloy is taken as main material for smelting tungsten alloy cast iron. The influence of RE modification treatment on the mirostructure and performance of tungsten alloy cast iron is investigated. The results show that, after proper treatment with RE, the eutectic carbide in tungsten alloy cast iron is distributed as broken net rather than the previous net shape, and the impact toughness and wear resistance of the modified cast iron are obviously improved. And the subsurface pump barrel made by tungsten alloy cast iron containing RE has the same service life as the barrel made by high chromium white cast iron and has two times longer service life than the barrel made by No.45 steel, while its production cost is decreased by 40%.
