摘要
为了诊断螺杆泵采油系统工况,建立了光杆受力测试系统,可以实时测试光杆所承受的垂向载荷、扭矩。通过对商河油田多口螺杆泵井在启动、运行和停机过程中光杆所受力的测试与分析,实现了螺杆泵井工况的监测与诊断,提高了螺杆泵采油井的管理水平。
In order to diagnose the working conditions of progressive cavity pumps, a system for testing polished rod toad is established, by which real-time test is conducted on vertical laod and torque on a polished rod. Through testing and analyzing load on the polished rod in the processes of starting up, operation and pumping off in progressive cavity pumping wells in Shanghe Oilfield, the working conditions of the progressive cavity pump are monitored and diagnosed, by which management of the progressive cavity pumping wells is improved.
