摘要
根据力学原理研究设计了一种新的平板整体摩擦阻力测量方法——位移传感器测力法,并依此制作了一套高精度非接触式测力系统。从理论和实验上对此法的准确性、可靠性、灵敏度和误差范围进行了估计、对比和分析。另外,对此系统的静态和动态测量性能也分别进行了实验研究。实验结果表明这种方法具有灵敏度高、准确度好、误差小、测力量程宽、不干扰流场、易于装卸和移动等优点。
A new method to measure the total skin friction(drag)of a flat-plate,using a displacement sensor,was designed according toa mechanical principle,and an elastic balance to measure drag withhigh precision and without touching was made.The estimation,anal-ysis and comparison both in theory and experiment were made for it'saccuracy,reliability,sensitivity and range of error.The experimentalinvestigations were carried out to examine both the static and the dy-namic performance of it in measuring drag.The test results show thatthe method has following advantages:high sensitivity,well accuracy,small error,wide range,uninfluence on flow field,conveyance withease.
