摘要
用系统分析的方法 ,通过三点弯曲疲劳试验 ,分别跟踪监测了 4 0Cr钢及它的两种表面处理试样疲劳损伤过程 ,得出了 4 0Cr钢经过两种表面处理对其疲劳裂纹萌生寿命有显著影响的结果 ,提出了对疲劳裂纹萌生寿命测量的一种新方法。
A measurement of crack initiation is proposed by using system analysis method in this paper. The parameter of fatigue damage has been deduced from the model to determine the fatigue crack initiation life.Three-point-bending fatigue test have been applied to measure crack initiation of 40Cr steel and with Ni-P coatings. The results of the test reveal that the system analysis method is effective ,the method can specify the initial condition of crack。The inclusions also show the initial fatigue cracks are influenced evidently when Ni-P coating is deposited.
