体验经济的运行特征与非体验经济 (主要指产品经济、商品经济与服务经济 )的运行特征相比 ,发生了巨大的转变 ,表现为 :从规模经济转变为不规模经济 ;从规模目标市场转变为专属个人的目标市场 ;从满足目标市场需求转变为满足特定市场需求 ;从企业技术人员创新产品转变为需求者为自己创新产品 ;从企业运行封闭化转变为企业运行开放化 ;从及时生产转变为即时设计与服务 ;从企业定价转变为“顾客定价” ;从市场竞争模式化转变为市场竞争个性化 ;从产品、服务竞争转变为“体验”竞争 ;从市场运行的无主题化转变为市场运行的主题化 ;从运行程序主线的企业化转变为运行程序主线的顾客化 ;从重视顾客的虚拟价值转变为重视顾客的现实与实际价值。
There is tremendous difference between operations of the experience economy and the non-experience economy (referring to the product economy, merchandise economy and service economy). That involves a series of transformations, from scale economy into non-scale economy;from scale target market into the individual target market;from satisfying the whole target market demands into satisfying a specific market demands;from product innovation developed by the technical people of the business organization into by the demanders themselves;from the closed enterprise operations into the open styled enterprise operations;from the Just-in-time production model into tailored design and service ones;from the enterprise fixed price system into a “customer fixed price”mechanism;from market competition pattern into personalized market competition mode;from competitionjust in the products and services into competition in the feeling “experience”;from non-themed market operations into the clear themed market operations;from the enterprise-oriented running format into the customer-oriented ones;from the customer virtual value focused into the customer real value focused ones.
