摘要 在Ac2O,Et3N存在和DMPA催化下,α 重氮 δ 羟基 1,3 二羰基化合物在苯中回流,产生共轭和非共轭的不饱和α 重氮 1,3 二羰基化合物。两者的比例与底物环的大小和反应温度有关. The dehydration of α-diazo-δ-hydroxy-1,3-dicarbonyl compounds gave the conjugated α-diazo unsaturated 1,3-dicarbonyl compound 3 and non-conjugated α-diazo unsaturated 1,3-dicarbonyl compound 4 at reflux in benzene in the presence of Ac2 O, Et3 N and DMPA (cat.). The ratio of compound 3 to compound 4 varied with the size of cycle and reaction temperature.
