摘要
力矩限制器是具有机械与电气技术综合功能的安全装置,其工作精度和可靠性必然受到这两方面因素的制约。传感器能否适时、可靠地反映起重机的工作情况,是力矩限制器能否正确工作的关键。本文对这些因素进行了分析,以期找到提高力矩限制器综合性能的途径。
Load moment limiter is a safety device with comprehensive function. The accuracy and reliability in work of the device are certainly restricted by factors both mechanical and electrical. Whether sensors of the limiter can timely and reliably reflect the real working condition of the crane is the key point of its correct functioning. This paper analyses these factors in order to improve the overall characteristics of the limiter.
