摘要
本文根据北皂煤矿最近安装、运行的两台井下带式输送机的实践,阐述其水平弯曲线路的设计要点:(1) 实现线路弯曲运行的几项措施;(2) 曲率半径的计算;(3) 过渡段线路布置和有关参数决定。文章还简要介绍目前国内几台水平弯曲带式输送机的使用情况及经济效益。
According to the practice of 2 belt conveyors, commissioned recently in Beizhao coal mine, this article describes key points in route design of such conveyors, e. g., some measures to be taken for their normal operation, the calculation of turning radius as well as the layout and parameters of transitional sections. The application and economic benefits of several domestic belt conveyors with horizontal turns are also mentioned in the paper.
