摘要
在分析机理的基础上 ,对密闭腔内快速传热中壁面温度的软测量方法进行了研究 ,建立了快速传热中壁面温度软测量的模型 ,给出了模型的三种解法。通过实例结果表明 :采用软测量方法 ,选择变化缓慢的温度为二次变量 ,可以实现密闭腔内快速传热中壁面温度的测量 。
Based on the analysis of principle and structure, the soft sensing method on in wall temperature during flash heat transfer in closed chamber is studied in this paper. And the soft sensing model on in-wall temperature during flash heat transfer is given. At the same time, three kinds of solutions for the model and a case are given. It is concluded that the in wall temperature during flash heat transfer in closed chamber can be measured by adopting soft sensing method and selecting the slowly changing temperature as the secondary variable. As a result, the cost of the measuring system can be decreased.
