摘要
本文较详细地分析了现有理科教育,尤其是化学教育的不足之处,认为需要更新传统教育观念,应通过改革化学实验、实现化学实验教学的无毒无害化,从而达到完成该教学的全过程、完善化学教育理论与实践的目的.
In thes paper to counter the malpractice of the traditional scientific education are put forward the traditional ideas that need renewing immediately; and the modern chemical education aim is made clear; and the reform rules of chemical experiments are established so as to complete the whole process of chemical experimental teaching,to realize the goal that chemical experiments result in no poison and no harm,and to perfect the theory and practice of chemical education. Inthis paper is also provided the scientific basis forthe nation's harmonized development of enviounment protection and economic construction,and the basis for training and bringing up qualified personel who onform to 'The Rio Declaration on Envionment and Development'.
