摘要
高校学报编辑部有着丰富的文献资料 ,如何开发这些宝贵的资源 ,提高文献资料的利用率 ,实现其自身价值 。
Considering that there is an abundant supply of literature in the editorial department of journal of colleges and universities, this paper mainly discusses how to exploit these valuable resources, and increase their utilization ratio in order to realize their values.
