摘要
采用3种不同的染色体制片技术,以豌豆(Pisum sativum)为材料,对常规压片(醋酸洋红染色)、孚尔根(Feulgen)核反应染色法和去壁低渗法(Giemsa染色)3种不同制片技术效果进行了比较,实验表明3种方法各有特点,去壁低渗法易获得分散细胞,有利于进行染色体核型分析。
Three techniques were used to make chromosome of Garden Pea, and the compare amor them was done. The result shows three of them have their own characteristics,and the way of riddir cell wall and putting low osmosis with Giemsa dyeing is better, it is easy to get the scattering cell, ar suitable for chromosome karyotype of Pea.
