The principle of a new type instrument,which is highly integrated and powerful with the telecommunication function,is presented.It discusses in detail how to process the data of standard voltage output and convert V/I signal of the standard current.In addition,it also introduces the approach of the telecommunication and other conversion function under the control of the single chip microcomputer.
