摘要
桃蚜传播蚕豆萎蔫病毒病的效率高于豆蚜,获毒时间以10—60秒最适宜,刺探时间延长。传毒效率降低。桃蚜刺探前时间短于豆蚜,在一定时间内刺探次数多于豆蚜,在30分钟内前者为9次后者为7次。每次刺探大多在10—80秒内完成。桃蚜的这种取食行为对传播非持久性的BBWV较豆蚜有利。试验证实无翅桃蚜和豆蚜都具扩散传毒的能力,桃蚜的扩散传毒能力较豆蚜强。
The transmission efficiency of broad bean wilt virus by Myzus per-sicae is higher than by Aphis craccivora. Probing for 10-60 sec is most suited to BBWV transmission by both the aphids. M. persicae and A. craccivora have the similar feeding behavior, but the pre-probe time for M. persicae is shorter than that for A. craccivora and the probe frequency in a period of time for M. persicae is higher than that for A. cra-ccivora. The mean probe frequencies in 30 min are 9 times and 7 times for M. persicae and A. craccivora respectively. The feeding behavior of M. persicae is more suited to the transmission of non-persis tent BBWV than that of A. craccivora. Experiments show that the apterae of M. persicae and A. craccivora all have the abilities of dispersal and virus transmission and the ability of virus transmission by dispersing apterae of M. persicae is larger than that of A. craccivora.
