长期高脂饮食加小剂量链脲佐霉素建立人类普通2型糖尿病大鼠模型的研究 被引量:81

摘要 目的 建立类似人类普通 2型糖尿病大鼠模型。方法 采用长期高脂高能量饮食结合小剂量链脲佐霉素 (STZ)腹腔注射的方法。结果 模型大鼠有高血糖 (18 78± 1 97)mmol L、高甘油三酯血症 (10 95 4± 5 5 4 )mmol L、高胆固醇血症 (2 4 4 2± 0 74 )mmol L、脂肪肝、高胰岛素血症 (0 937± 0 2 6 )mmol L、胰岛素敏感性下降及不低于正常对照组的体重。结论 这是一种类似人普通 Objective To establish a rat model similar to the adult patient with the general type 2 diabetes. Methods The model was established by long-term fat-enriched(40%) and high-energy diet, lower dose(15 mg/kg body weight) of streptozocin(STZ)-treated rats. Results There were hyperglycemia[(18.78±1.97)mmol/L], lipidemia[triglyceride (10.954±5.54)mmol/L, cholesterol(2.442±0.74)mmol/L], fast blood insulin increased[(0.937±0.26)mmol/L], fatty liver, lower insulin sensitivity and normal body weight in rat models. Conclusion It is a preferable rat model similar to the adult patient with the general type 2 diabetes.
