摘要
目的观察大龄儿童单眼弱视治疗的远期疗效。方法对82例(82眼)大龄儿童单眼弱视进行综合治疗并随访3a。 结果屈光参差弱视58眼总有效率96％,斜视性24眼总有效率75％。结论大龄儿童单眼弱视绝大部分治疗后视力均有不 同程度提高甚至痊愈,且部分恢复立体视。
Aim To observe the long-term effect of treatment for unilateral amblyopia in older children. Methods Altogether, 82 olderclildren (82 eyes, between 12-14 years in age) with unilateral amblyopia were first managed in clinic and then followed up for 3 years. Results For the 58 eyes of anisometropic amblyopia, the total effective rate was 96%; for the 24 eyes of strabismus amblyopia, it was 75%. Conclusion For older children with unilateral amblyopia, treatment can improve vision in all and restore stereoscopic vision
