摘要
根据分离物的蚜虫传播能力及其在不同蚕豆品种上的反应,划分为芜菁花叶病毒的两个株系,分别命名为蚜传株系(TuMV-AT)和非蚜传株系(TuMV-NAT)。蚜传株系以非持久性方式传播,只侵染部份供试蚕豆品种,产生红褐色坏死斑。非蚜传株系侵染全部供试蚕豆品种,在部份供试蚕豆品种上,产生红褐色坏死斑和系统性白色斑驳症状。苋色藜及蚕豆品种“成胡10号”和“优系50”可作为株系鉴别寄主。
Six isolates were isolated from diseased broad bean ( Vicia faba ) plants in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Sichuan Provinces from 1983 to 1985, and named B-98, B-48, S-30, CZ-2, B-107 and Z-28. They were identified as turnip mosaic virus based on their host ranges, aphid transmission tests, particle morphology and serological tests. Their reactions on the testing varieties of broad bean showed that they differentiated obviously in pathogenicity. The isolates B-107 and Z-28 were transmitted by aphids while the isolates B-98, B-48, CZ-2 and S-30 Were not. According to the aphid-trans-missibility and reactions on broad bean varieties, the six isolates Were divided into two strains of turnip mosaic virus, the aphid-transmissible strain and non-aphid-transmissible strain.
