摘要
针对电子期刊飞速发展的状况 ,提出基层图书馆应以用户为中心 。
In accordance with the rapid development of electronic journals, it is proposed that libraries at grass-roots level should take users as their core, set up the concepts of collecting overall social information resources and providing full-opening literature information service.
