摘要
①目的 观察A型肉毒毒素治疗Meige综合征的效果。②方法 对 2 6例Meige综合征病人进行面部肌肉局部多点注射A型肉毒毒素治疗。③结果 2 6例Meige综合征病人症状有明显好转 ,其中显效 2 0例(76 .9% ) ,有效 16例 (2 3.1% )。该疗法副作用少 ,出现轻度眼睑下垂和口角低垂各 1例。④结论 A型肉毒毒素局部肌肉注射是治疗Meige综合征的一种安全。
Objective\ To observe the efficacy of botulin um toxin type A (BTX A) in the treatment of Meige syndrome. Methods\ BTX A was injected into the facial muscles of 26 patients with Meige syndrome.\ Results\ The symptoms of the 26 patients improved significantly, w ith 20 cases (76.9%) of marked improvement and six cases (23.1%) of moderate imp rovement. Few side effects were observed, which included ptosis in one case and drooping of the corners of the mouth in another case.\ Conclusion\ The injection of BTX A in focal spasm muscle is a saf e and valuable treatment for Meige syndrome.
