摘要
①目的 了解脑梗死病人血浆肾上腺髓质素 (ADM)含量变化并探讨其在脑梗死发生发展过程中的作用。②方法 应用放射免疫法测定 5 8例脑梗死病人和 4 5例正常人血浆ADM的含量。③结果 脑梗死组血浆ADM含量高于正常对照组 (t=2 5 .4 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;脑梗死病人血浆ADM水平 3d内升高 ,第 7天达最高 ,第 14天仍高于对照组 (F =19.6 ,q =6 .37~ 11.37,P <0 .0 5 )。 ④结论 ADM参与了脑梗死的发生发展过程。
Objective\ To investigate the changes of adre nomedullin (ADM) levels in patients with cerebral infarction and discuss the sig nificance of the changes.\ Methods\ RIA was applied to determine the plasma concentrations of ADM in 58 patients with cerebral infarction and 45 normal controls.\ Results\ Plasma concentrations of ADM in cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in the control group ( t=25.4, P <0.05). Plas ma ADM levels in the patients with cerebral infarction increased significantly w ithin three days, reached the peak at seventh day and kept the high until 14th d ay after the onset ( F=19.6,q= 6.37- 11.37,P <0.05). Conclusion\ ADM participates the pathogenesis of cerebral infarctio n.
