摘要
作者用对流免疫电泳法检测了127份分别来自CTD(93份),其它皮肤病(14份)及正常人(20份)血清中的抗ENA抗体,结果Sm抗体仅见于SLE者,且其出现与病情活动与否无关.4例MCTD者RNP均阳性,3例SCLE中2例Ro/La抗体阳性.ANA阴性的9例SLE中,6例Ro抗体阳性.故认为抗ENA抗体的检测对CTD的临床诊断,分型,判断预后和指导治疗均有重要意义.
This paper reports the determinaton of serum anti-ENA antibody in 93 cases of CTD, 14 cases of other skin disease and 20 cases of health with the counter electrophoresis The results showed that the anti-Sin antihody only appeared in SLE and its appearing was not relation to the activing of SLE.Anti-RNP antibody was all positive in 4 cases of MCTD Anti-Ro/La antibody were positive in 2 cases of 3 in SLE. 6 cases of anti-Ro antibody were positive in 9 cases of SLE that anti-ANA antibody were negative,so the author considered that detesmination of anti-ENA antibody are important on diagnosis, type classification and prognosis of SLE.
