摘要
目的 综述近年骨髓基质干细胞成软骨分化的研究进展。方法 广泛查阅近期有关骨髓基质干细胞成软骨分化的研究文献。着重阐述与成软骨分化有关的生长因子及分化后的组织成分。结果 骨髓基质干细胞取材方便 ,体外扩增迅速 ,在特定的软骨培养液和生长因子作用下 ,可形成软骨样组织。作为自体来源的细胞可修复动物关节软骨缺损 ,避免了免疫反应。结论 骨髓基质干细胞扩增后数量多 ,具有明确的成软骨能力 ,作自体移植无免疫反应 ,用于软骨组织工程有广阔的前景。
Objective To review the recent research progress about the chondrogenic ability of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. Methods Recent original articles about the chondrogenesis of bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells were reviewed extensively,focused on growth factors and cultrued results. Results BMSCs are easy to be obtained and isolated,could be expanded rapidly in vitro. Cultured in defined medium with special growth factors,BMSCs have formed cartilage-like tissue. As autologous cells,BMSCs could be used to repair cartilage defects of animals without immunologic reaction. Conclusion Considering quantity of cells,immunologic reaction and definitive chondrogenic ability,BMSCs has a bright future on the aspects of cartilage tissue engineering. Regulation of chondrogenesis and clinical application deserves further investication.
