摘要
目的 :探讨根除幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori,HP)治疗后疗效评估的最佳方法。方法 :对 5 0例血清HP细胞毒素相关基因 (CytotoxinassociatedgeneA ,CagA)抗体阳性和1 3C尿素呼气试验 (1 3C UBT)阳性患者抗HP治疗后 ,进行1 3C UBT与HP CagA抗体测定。结果 :5 0例HP感染患者抗HP治疗后 ,HP CagA抗体阳性例数 4 8例 (96 % ) ,1 3C UBT阳性例数 8例 (1 6 % )。结论 :1 3C
Objective:To investigate and optimal method to evaluate eradication of helicobacter pylori(HP).Methods:Eradication of Hp was done for 50 patients with both positive results of cytotoxin assciated gene A(Cag A) antibody and 13 C BUT.After treatmente for eradication of Hp,HP CagA antibody was detected and 13 C BUT was performed for the patients.Results:HP CagA antibody was positive in 48(96%) of 50 patients with eradication of HP,whereas, 13 C BUT was positive in 8(16%) of 50 patients with eradication of HP.Conclusion 13 C BUT is an optimal method to evaluate effect of eradication of HP.
