摘要
从专家的总体评价、七项二级指标的得分情况、博士生在学期间发表论文情况以及双盲评阅和同行评议的比较看 ,西南交通大学博士学位论文存在着论文综述以及各章节国内外研究现状分析不够、创新性不够、论文发表学术刊物级别不高等问题。为此 ,必须大力加强创新能力的培养 ;加强导师队伍建设 ;建立和完善博士学位论文质量保障体系 ;完善博士学位论文评审制度 ,促进博士学位论文质量提高。
Expert's overall evaluation, scoring of the seven Grade II Indexes, the doctorate candidates' publications at school, and the comparison between the anonymous appraisal of the anonymous dissertations and the appraisal by the experts of the fields, reveal some problems as follows in the doctorate dissertations of Southwest Jiaotong University: poor summarization, insufficient analysis of the current domestic and foreign studies, inadequate innovation, and publisher of lower academic level. Therefore, such measures should be taken to improve the quality of doctoral dissertation: cultivation of creativity, training of tutors, establishment and perfection of quality control evaluation system for doctorate dissertation.
