摘要
就突发事件急救过程设备器材保障系统的建立进行了探讨,提出了预案要求、应对措施。并对“9.14”中毒抢救过程中成功经验进行了总结,对从事设备器材保障供应部门、人员有指导意义。
In this paper the establishment of the equipment demanding and supplying system in emergent first-aid course is discussed and some counter-plan requirements and lash-up methods are brought forward.With the summarization of the successful experiences of″9.14″incident,this paper is instructive for both departments and persons engaging in equipment supplying.
