摘要
在市场经济不断发展 ,尤其是体育市场经济不断发展的条件下 ,明确深化体育改革的发展目标和发展方向 ;以及体育改革的途径 ,把握体育新机制的内涵和运行 ,以期使体育在建设全面小康社会、建设物质文明、精神文明和政治文明的活动中 ,发挥体育的特殊作用 ,完成体育肩负的任务。
It should be certify deepening aims and directions of sport reform under development of sport market economy,and find out the way of sport reform,grasp content and operation of sport mechanism.The paper promoted constraction comfortable social and civerlization of material and mental,elaborate sports′ special function.
