摘要
应在比较市场经济发达国家行会职能运作特点的基础上,从政府体制、行会自身、法制建设等方面入手解决我国行会发展中存在的诸多问题,从而更好地培育和健全行会,加强行业管理、促进行业发展。
Based on comparison of operation and characteristics of industrial societies of advanced countries in market economy and on studying many problems in industrial societies such as governmental system, society development, law construction and so on, industrial societies should be better cultivated and consummated by strengthening management and by promoting development.
