摘要
用定点高速摄影、影片解析和数理统计为主要研究方法,以参加1999年全国田径大奖赛(西安站)部分运动员为研究对象。大部分运动员水平速度利用率较差,三跳中,水平速度损失较大,同时,三跳的起跳速度与起跳角度、双臂和摆动腿的摆动速度、各跳落地缓冲腿的支撑负荷与脚着地瞬间和身体重心的位置关系、三跳的比例等因素是造成三跳水平速度损失的重要技术因素。此外,三级跳远运动员如何合理利用水平速度,怎样在三跳中减少水平速度的损失,对提高运动成绩同样重要。
By testing some player in female triple jump taking part in national track and field sports meeting(1999 Xi′an)and using the method of the highspeed photograph ,analyzing and statistics method we found that most athletes are poor at using the horizontal speed during the jumps Meanwhile,we also found that the speed of the third takingoff, the angle of taking off,swing speed of arms and legs, supporting load of cushioning leg and the relation between land point and mass center during each jump and the proportion of third jumps are vital factors that cause the lose of horizontal speed of third jumps Therefore, to find the principals and the keys of technique of female three steps jump in China, we provide theoretical gist and method for scientific training
