摘要
全面地调查了广东省竞技体育后备人才现状和存在的主要问题,并有针对性的提出了改善广东省竞技体育后备人才培养对策。研究发现,广东省竞技体育后备人才培养中所存在的主要问题有:招生困难,经费匮乏,竞赛体制混乱,急于求成等。在对这些问题分析的基础上,提出了如下对策:实施体教结合工程,改革现行竞赛体制,注重科学选材,加大科学训练力度等。
The current situation and the main problems existing in sparetime train of guang dong province were entirely investigated .meanwhile ,the countermeasures to improve spare time train were further advanced .Through research ,the problems existing in sparetime train are as follows ,enrolment being obstructed ,being short of funds ,being over anxious for quick results and so on.based on analysing these problems ,the countermeasures were advanced, such as reforming the current competitive system ,laying stress on scientificly selecting and so forth .
